Guarantee and Refund Policy
You are entitled to a FULL REFUND of related service fees if your application for licensure is denied by the
State Medical Board as a result of an error or oversight by Licensing Advantage, its agents or representatives.

Grounds for Termination of Agreement
Our clients reserve the right to terminate the Service Agreement with Licensing Advantage at any
time for any reason. See guarantee and refund policy for refund schedule.
Licensing Advantage reserves the right to terminate the Service Agreement in the event of
prolonged inactivity or unprofessional conduct on your part.
Professional Conduct
Many times the medical license application process is more costly and time consuming than you may have expected. We understand the frustrations you may face. Some states such as Florida, California and Texas may take as long as a year to process your application for licensure. To avoid frustration, be sure to apply for your license well in advance and do not make any employment commitments until you have your license. You can go to our State Medical Board Information section for specific information on each state's rules and requirements.
If a moment of frustration arises, remember that we are on your side and we are here to help you in any way possible. Getting angry with your licensing consultant or your processor at the Medical Board will not improve your situation. Please remain calm and professional when speaking to them. The processors at the board hold your application and your future in their hands so make sure all correspondence with them is respectful and professional.
